Terms of service
- All prices are in Australian Dollars and exclude GST.
- Prices do not include freight. We will endeavour to get the cheapest freight deal for you. However, if you wish, you may nominate a carrier of your choice.
- All prices are subject to change without notice, at the discretion of Madras Link.

- Our trading terms are strictly 30 days net, from date of invoice.
- No goods will be supplied to overdue accounts. Customers who continue to lapse on their payment obligations will have credit facilities withdrawn and will be supplied on a cash sale basis only.
- All claims are to be advised to our office within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- Goods are to be returned in original packaging on a carrier nominated by Madras Link.
- Any inquiries relating to returns must be directed to accountsreceivable@madraslink.com.au
- Madras Link is committed to maintaining the privacy of our customers.
- All personal details are handled and stored securely.
- Personal information will not be intentionally disclosed outside of our organisation without your consent, except where we are required or permitted to do so at law.
